How we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information connected with Creative Canvas.
Creative Canvas is offered by RDW360, a DBA of IronBridge Marketing, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (collectively, “Creative Canvas,” “RDW360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you visit canvas.rdw360.com, create or manage an account, start a trial or paid subscription, download or use Creative Canvas, contact us, or use services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
Creative Canvas relies on third-party platforms, licensors, infrastructure, and service providers to deliver parts of the Services. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies or on our behalf, depending on the service and relationship.
Information you provide may include:
Information collected automatically may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system and version, app version, device or license identifiers, referring and exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of access, pages viewed, links clicked, downloads, session activity, cookie identifiers, feature interactions, crash or diagnostic information, and information about how you interact with our website, emails, checkout, and software.
We may also receive information from providers that support website hosting, account authentication, licensing, software delivery, cloud storage or synchronization, asset libraries, updates, analytics, payments, fraud prevention, email delivery, customer support, and community features.
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the website and checkout functioning, remember preferences, administer sessions, understand usage, improve performance, measure email and campaign activity, and prevent fraud. Some technologies are necessary for account, security, checkout, or software-delivery functions; others support analytics, personalization, or marketing.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and, when available, our cookie controls. Blocking or deleting cookies may cause portions of the Services to function incorrectly. We will respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law and technically feasible
Creative Canvas is desktop software for Mac and Windows. Some authentication, licensing, asset-library, update, download, support, project-storage, or synchronization functions may require internet access and may rely on systems operated by our licensors or service providers.
You control the content you choose to create or import. We do not claim ownership of your project files or finished videos solely because you use Creative Canvas. We and our providers may process project and creative content as reasonably necessary to operate requested features, store or synchronize projects, provide assets, render or export content, troubleshoot support requests, maintain security, comply with law, or protect the Services. Do not upload confidential information or content you do not have the right to use.
When you begin a trial or subscription, payment and checkout providers may collect payment-card details, billing information, device data, fraud-prevention information, and transaction information directly from you. RDW360 generally receives order, plan, transaction, and account-status information rather than complete payment-card numbers.
A 14-day trial may convert automatically to the paid plan selected during signup unless you cancel before the trial ends. The checkout page will disclose the plan, price, billing interval, timing of the first charge, and cancellation method before enrollment. Payment providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Creative Canvas customers may be invited to The RDW360 Collective. Information placed in a community profile or submitted through posts, comments, questions, reactions, uploads, or other member-facing areas may be visible to other members or, depending on community settings, the public. Do not post confidential information or personal information you do not want others to see. Community participation is also governed by the RDW360 Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We may disclose personal information:
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, you may submit the applicable opt-out request to legal@rdw360.com or use available cookie or preference controls.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and subscription records, support projects and requested cloud functions, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, meet legal, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary by information type, relationship, provider, legal requirement, and operational need. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
To submit a privacy request, email legal@rdw360.com with the subject line “Creative Canvas Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information or account involved. We may need to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer’s identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, software, transmission, storage system, provider, or security measure is completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your devices and login credentials, maintaining appropriate backups of important projects and exports, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Accounts, trials, subscriptions, purchases, and The RDW360 Collective are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Services, contact legal@rdw360.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
The Services may link to or rely on platforms, websites, software infrastructure, social networks, and other services operated by third parties. We do not control every third party’s availability, security, accessibility, content, data practices, or conduct. Review the privacy policy and settings of each service you use.
Creative Canvas and RDW360 are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
