Creative Canvas Terms of Service

The rules governing Creative Canvas accounts, software, trials, subscriptions, projects, and community access.

Effective date: August 27, 2026 | Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and IronBridge Marketing, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the operator of RDW360 and Creative Canvas (“Creative Canvas,” “RDW360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of canvas.rdw360.com, the Creative Canvas desktop software, related accounts, downloads, assets, tutorials, communications, trials, subscriptions, purchases, support, and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, starting a trial or subscription, downloading or installing the software, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Creative Canvas Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, begin a trial or subscription, make a purchase, or join The RDW360 Collective. The Services are not directed to children under 13.

3. Accounts and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate, current information; maintain only accounts you are authorized to use; protect your login credentials and devices; and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may require verification, reject a registration, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Services.

4. Limited Software License

Subject to these Terms, payment of applicable charges, and the features and limits of your selected plan, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to download, install, access, and use Creative Canvas for your personal or internal business purposes during the applicable trial or subscription period.

The number and type of permitted installations, devices, users, downloads, assets, projects, storage, exports, or other features are controlled by the plan, account settings, and license terms presented to you. You may not share credentials, license keys, downloads, or access with unauthorized users; circumvent account or plan limits; or use the Services after your license or subscription ends.

5. Updates and Technical Requirements

Creative Canvas is designed for supported Mac and Windows systems. Compatibility may depend on operating-system version, hardware, storage, internet access, third-party components, and other technical requirements. Some functions may require internet access for authentication, licensing, asset access, cloud features, downloads, updates, or support.

We or our providers may release updates, patches, upgrades, changes, or replacements. Certain updates may be required for continued access, security, compatibility, or support. We do not promise that every feature, file, asset, integration, or version will remain available indefinitely.

6. Creative Canvas Content and Intellectual Property

The Services, software, code, interfaces, branding, logos, designs, templates, characters, props, scenes, music, sounds, graphics, tutorials, documentation, downloads, and other materials provided through Creative Canvas are owned by or licensed to IronBridge Marketing, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription gives you permission to use provided elements only as allowed by these Terms, your plan, and any element-specific license. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, extract, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create a competing product from, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit the software or its individual asset library.

7. Your Projects, Imported Content, and Finished Videos

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the original content you create or lawfully import and of your finished work product, subject to the rights in software, assets, music, fonts, and other materials provided or licensed by Creative Canvas or third parties. We do not claim ownership of your project or finished video solely because you used Creative Canvas to create it.

You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for content you import, record, upload, synchronize, publish, or distribute. You are responsible for your finished videos and for complying with copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, music, advertising, platform, and other applicable laws and rules.

You grant us and our providers a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and otherwise process your project content only as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, operate and secure the Services, synchronize or store projects, render or export content, provide support, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. This operational license ends when the content is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups, legal obligations, and the rights of third parties.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Create, upload, distribute, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, obscene, sexually exploitative, abusive, or intentionally harmful content.
  • Infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, music rights, or other rights.
  • Impersonate another person or falsely suggest endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or professional qualification.
  • Upload malware; probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or compromise the Services; bypass authentication, licensing, security, or plan limits; or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Share, rent, sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to an account, license, software download, or individual Creative Canvas asset.
  • Use provided assets or software components to train automated systems, build competing datasets or libraries, or create a substitute or competing software service without prior written permission.
  • Use the Services in a way that violates law, these Terms, another agreement, or the rights or safety of another person.

9. Third-Party Providers, Components, and Links

Creative Canvas may rely on or include third-party infrastructure, software components, asset libraries, payment services, hosting, authentication, cloud functions, analytics, or links. Third-party components remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to additional licenses or policies. We do not control every third party’s availability, security, accessibility, content, conduct, or continued support.

10. Fourteen-Day Trial and Automatic Subscription Billing

Creative Canvas offers a 14-day free trial when stated on the applicable offer and checkout pages. To begin, you select an available plan and provide an accepted payment method. Before enrollment, the checkout page will display the plan, post-trial price, billing interval, date or timing of the first charge, and cancellation method.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts to the paid subscription you selected, and you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the disclosed subscription price and applicable taxes at the stated interval until cancellation. Cancel before the trial deadline if you do not want to be charged.

You may manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through the available member-area controls. The effective timing of plan changes, feature changes, proration, or credits will be shown in the account or transaction flow when applicable. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively reverse a charge already completed unless required by law or an applicable refund promise.

11. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment provider to charge all disclosed amounts. Prices, plans, features, taxes, and offers may change prospectively. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors, reject or cancel a transaction, or request additional verification. If we cancel a paid transaction, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or remains past due, access may be limited or suspended and we or our providers may retry the payment as permitted by law and the payment authorization. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.

12. Refunds

Any refund, guarantee, or cancellation terms displayed on the applicable offer or checkout page are incorporated into these Terms for that transaction. If no separate refund promise is displayed, payments for completed billing periods are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. Contact support@rdw360.com promptly about a billing concern. Reviewing a request does not create a guarantee of a refund.

13. The RDW360 Collective

Creative Canvas customers may be invited to The RDW360 Collective. Community access is governed by the RDW360 Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, community standards, and account rules. We may change community features, structure, eligibility, or availability. Community access does not expand your Creative Canvas software license or give you rights to another member’s content.

14. Support

We aim to provide reasonable customer support through the channels made available with the Services. Response times may vary. Support does not guarantee that every device, file, imported asset, third-party component, or desired outcome will be compatible or recoverable. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important source materials, project files, and exports.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel future subscription renewals through the available member-area controls. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access; remove content; or discontinue all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, provider or operational changes, or violation of these Terms.

When access ends, your license to use the software and provided assets ends except for rights that expressly survive under an applicable license. You may lose access to account features, project storage, cloud content, downloads, or support. Export and back up materials you need before cancellation or termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, disputes, and licenses already granted—will survive.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” IRONBRIDGE MARKETING, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR FILE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE TERMS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Creative Canvas does not guarantee engagement, audience growth, sales, leads, revenue, learning outcomes, or other business results. Outcomes depend on your content, effort, market, audience, distribution, decisions, and circumstances.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONBRIDGE MARKETING, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, PROJECTS, CONTENT, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO IRONBRIDGE MARKETING, LLC FOR CREATIVE CANVAS DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IronBridge Marketing, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your projects, imported content, finished videos, unlawful conduct, misuse of the Services, or material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights. We may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate reasonably. This section does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct where prohibited by law.

19. Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe content associated with the Services infringes your copyright or another right, email legal@rdw360.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work or right, the location of the challenged material, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information provided is accurate. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict content while reviewing a good-faith complaint.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to send a written description of the dispute to legal@rdw360.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. If the dispute is not resolved, the parties consent to the state or federal courts with lawful jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.

21. Changes to the Services or These Terms

We may modify the Services and update these Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Services and cancel future renewals. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

22. General Terms

These Terms, the Creative Canvas Privacy Policy, the plan and transaction terms shown before enrollment, and any applicable third-party licenses form the agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, transfer, provider change, or operation of the business. Section headings are for convenience only.
