By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, beginning a trial, or using CinCast, you agree to these Terms.
Cincast Terms of Service • IronBridge Marketing, LLC •
These Terms govern rdw360.com and The RDW360 Collective. Separate websites, stores, applications, and brands may provide their own terms and policies.
CinCast provides video hosting and related video marketing tools that may include video management, interactive video functionality, viewer engagement tools, analytics, customization, and other features made available through the Service.
Features may be updated, improved, modified, replaced, or discontinued as CinCast evolves.
You may be required to create an account to use CinCast.
You may not share, transfer, sell, or misuse account access in violation of your subscription or these Terms.
Eligible customers may begin CinCast with a 14-day free trial.
When you start your trial, you will select a CinCast subscription plan and provide a valid payment method.
You will not be charged the monthly subscription fee during your 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your selected CinCast plan will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly subscription fee.
Your subscription will then continue on a recurring monthly basis at the rate associated with your selected plan unless you cancel or change your subscription.
You may manage your subscription through your CinCast Members Area, including available options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service.
To avoid the first monthly subscription charge, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your 14-day free trial.
After your 14-day free trial ends, your selected CinCast plan automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
By beginning the trial and providing your payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method for the monthly subscription price displayed when you enrolled and for subsequent monthly renewals until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
If CinCast changes the price of your existing subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price applies.
You may manage available subscription options through your CinCast Members Area.
Depending on the options available for your plan, you may:
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges according to the applicable billing terms. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already incurred.
If CinCast advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee for your purchase, the specific conditions displayed with that offer apply.
To request an eligible refund, you must contact CinCast within the stated guarantee period and follow any reasonable instructions required to identify and process your purchase.
Refund eligibility may not apply to accounts involving fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, violations of these Terms, or other circumstances excluded by law or by the conditions presented with the applicable offer.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
You retain ownership of the original videos, media, and other content you upload to CinCast.
You grant CinCast and IronBridge Marketing LLC the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display, encode, and deliver your content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining all licenses, releases, permissions, and other rights necessary to use that content.
You agree not to use CinCast to upload, host, distribute, promote, or facilitate content or activity that:
CinCast, including its branding, software, website design, documentation, graphics, trademarks, and proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to IronBridge Marketing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of CinCast technology, branding, or proprietary materials.
You may use the Service only as permitted by your subscription and these Terms.
We work to provide a reliable CinCast experience, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, internet conditions, third-party providers, technical problems, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify or update the Service as necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or develop CinCast.
CinCast may provide analytics, engagement data, or other performance information.
Such information is provided as a tool to help you understand activity associated with your videos. We do not guarantee that analytics will always be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.
CinCast does not guarantee specific traffic, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, or other business results.
CinCast may interact with or provide links to third-party websites, software, payment processors, platforms, or services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability, content, security, or business practices.
We may suspend or terminate access to CinCast when reasonably necessary because of:
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before termination.
You remain responsible for applicable charges incurred before termination.
To the extent permitted by law, CinCast is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that CinCast will meet every individual requirement or that the Service will always operate without interruption, delay, or error.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IronBridge Marketing LLC and CinCast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.
Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IronBridge Marketing LLC and CinCast from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
We may update these Terms as CinCast evolves or as legal, technical, or business requirements change.
The updated effective date will appear at the top of these Terms. Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of CinCast following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to IronBridge Marketing LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
