1. Who We Are

RDW360 and The RDW360 Collective are operated by IronBridge Marketing, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (collectively, “RDW360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit rdw360.com, join or participate in The RDW360 Collective, communicate with us, make a purchase, or otherwise use services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy does not govern separate websites, stores, mobile applications, or services operated under or associated with IronBridge Marketing, 4Paws Market, Pawzena, FluxFort, or another brand when those properties display their own privacy policy. Please review the policy presented on the property you use.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account and community information, such as your display name, profile details, login credentials, preferences, posts, comments, questions, uploaded content, reactions, and communications with other members or administrators.s
  • Transaction information, such as items or services purchased, order details, billing address, transaction status, and related customer-service communications. Payment card information is generally collected and processed by third-party payment processors rather than stored directly by RDW360.
  • Survey, promotion, and feedback information, including responses, reviews, testimonials, and other information you voluntarily submit.
  • Legal and support requests, including information needed to verify and respond to privacy, copyright, account, or other formal requests.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of access, pages viewed, links clicked, session activity, cookie identifiers, and information about how you interact with emails, content, offers, and affiliate links.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from service providers that support website hosting, community features, email delivery, analytics, advertising, payments, fraud prevention, customer support, or affiliate programs. We may also receive information when you interact with RDW360 through a connected social platform or another service, subject to that provider’s settings and privacy policy.

  • Create and administer accounts and The RDW360 Collective.
  • Display and facilitate community profiles, posts, comments, discussions, and member interactions.
  • Process transactions, deliver purchases, maintain transaction records, and provide customer support.
  • Send requested resources, service messages, administrative notices, newsletters, and marketing communications where permitted by law.
  • Measure website, email, content, campaign, and affiliate-link performance.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, spam, and violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Services functioning, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, measure email and campaign activity, prevent fraud, and evaluate affiliate referrals. Some cookies are necessary for account, security, checkout, or community functions; others support analytics, personalization, or marketing.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and, when available, our cookie controls. Blocking or deleting cookies may cause portions of the Services to function incorrectly. Your browser or device may also offer privacy signals or tracking controls. We will respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law and technically feasible.

5. Affiliate Links and Recommendations

Some RDW360 content may contain affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link or complete a qualifying action, the affiliate network or merchant may use cookies, referral codes, pixels, or similar technologies to attribute the activity to RDW360. We may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. The merchant or affiliate network processes information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate relationships do not determine our stated opinions, but you should independently evaluate whether a product or service is right for you.

6. Payments

Purchases may be processed by third-party payment, checkout, commerce, or fraud-prevention providers. These providers may collect payment card details, billing information, device data, and transaction information directly from you. RDW360 generally receives confirmation, order, and limited transaction details rather than complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers handle information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics, advertising, or affiliate technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged for personal information. Where those laws apply, you may request the applicable opt-out by contacting us at legal@rdw360.com or by using available cookie or preference controls.

9. Data Retention

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship with you, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

The Services may link to third-party websites and to separate brand properties, including IronBridge Marketing, 4Paws Market, Pawzena, and FluxFort. Those destinations may collect information independently and are governed by the privacy policy presented there. A link does not make RDW360 responsible for another party’s privacy, security, content, or practices.

14. United States Operations

RDW360 is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
