These Terms govern rdw360.com and The RDW360 Collective. Separate websites, stores, applications, and brands may provide their own terms and policies.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and IronBridge Marketing, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the operator of RDW360 and The RDW360 Collective ("RDW360," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of rdw360.com, The RDW360 Collective, and any content, communications, purchases, digital resources, memberships, or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, joining the community, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, participate in The RDW360 Collective, or make a purchase. By using those portions of the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Services are not directed to children under 13.

RDW360 is a brand, website, and community operated by IronBridge Marketing, LLC. The Services may introduce or link to separate properties associated with IronBridge Marketing, 4Paws Market, Pawzena, FluxFort, or third parties. A separate property may display its own terms, privacy policy, refund policy, or other conditions. Those property-specific terms govern your use of that destination and related transactions.

You agree to provide accurate, current information; maintain only accounts you are authorized to use; protect your login credentials; and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may require verification, reject a registration, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the community, or the Services.

The RDW360 Collective exists to support practical learning, constructive discussion, and respectful connection across RDW360's Build Grow, Protect Care, and Prepare Thrive paths. You agree to participate honestly and respectfully.

You may not use the Services to:

We may moderate, edit, restrict visibility of, archive, or remove content; limit features; or suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or community standards have been violated. Moderation decisions involve judgment, and we do not promise to review every post or prevent every harmful interaction.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). You represent that you own or have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and allow the uses described here.

By submitting User Content, you grant IronBridge Marketing, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, promote, and improve the Services. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the Services and for reasonable backup, archival, legal, and evidentiary purposes. If we wish to use your name, image, testimonial, or story prominently in advertising outside the ordinary display or promotion of the community, we will seek any additional permission required by law.

You understand that community content may be seen, quoted, or copied by others. Submit only information you are comfortable sharing with the audience indicated by the platform.

The Services and their original text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, downloads, videos, training, organization, and other content are owned by or licensed to IronBridge Marketing, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, resell, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit RDW360 content. You may share ordinary links to publicly available pages.

When you make a purchase through the Services, you agree to provide accurate billing and transaction information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the displayed amount, including disclosed taxes or fees. Prices, availability, features, and offers may change before purchase. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors, reject or cancel an order, limit quantities, or request additional verification. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Payment processing may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee that every payment method will remain available.

Additional terms shown at checkout or on an offer page—including delivery, access period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms—are incorporated into these Terms for that transaction. Because digital products may be delivered immediately, refund eligibility may be limited as disclosed before purchase, subject to applicable law. If no specific refund policy is displayed, contact legal@rdw360.com promptly and we will review the request in good faith; this does not create a guarantee of a refund.

If an offer renews automatically, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation according to those disclosed terms. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless required by law or stated in the offer.

The Services may include affiliate links or recommendations. We may earn a commission when you follow a link or complete a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. We will disclose material affiliate or sponsorship relationships as required. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee price, availability, suitability, performance, safety, or results. Your purchase from a third party is between you and that seller and is governed by the seller's terms and policies.

RDW360 content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized legal, financial, tax, medical, veterinary, mental-health, engineering, emergency-response, survival, or other licensed professional advice. Using the Services does not create a professional, fiduciary, veterinarian-client-patient, attorney-client, or other advisory relationship. Consult a qualified professional for decisions requiring professional judgment.

Business and marketing examples are not promises or guarantees of income, sales, audience growth, or other results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, market, resources, decisions, and circumstances.

Pet-care, safety, preparedness, outdoor, or emergency information is general guidance and cannot account for every animal, person, environment, product, or emergency. RDW360 is not an emergency service and does not replace 911, emergency management authorities, law enforcement, fire services, poison control, a veterinarian, or another qualified responder. In an urgent situation, contact the appropriate local emergency service or licensed professional. You are responsible for evaluating conditions, instructions, products, laws, and risks before acting.

We may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, accessibility, content, products, statements, policies, or conduct. A link or integration does not necessarily mean endorsement. Use third-party services at your own discretion and review their terms and policies.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or another right, email legal@rdw360.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work or right, the location of the challenged material, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information provided is accurate. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict content while reviewing a good-faith complaint.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access, remove content, or discontinue all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, operational changes, or violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and accrued payment obligations—will survive.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." IRONBRIDGE MARKETING, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE TERMS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONBRIDGE MARKETING, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO IRONBRIDGE MARKETING, LLC THROUGH THE APPLICABLE RDW360 SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IronBridge Marketing, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, unlawful conduct, misuse of the Services, or material violation of these Terms or another person's rights. We may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate reasonably. This section does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to send a written description of the dispute to legal@rdw360.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. If the dispute is not resolved, the parties consent to the state or federal courts with lawful jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.

We may modify the Services and update these Terms. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any transaction-specific terms presented to you form the agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, transfer, or operation of the business.
